Senior Data Analyst – Digital Transformation
Location: Minimum 3 days per week in our Sheffield Support Centre
Contract type: Full time, 40 hours per week
Rate: Up to £60,000 per annum

Join us as our new Senior Data Analyst for Digital Transformation.
In this role, you’ll take the lead on some of our key business intelligence development projects at Exemplar Health Care, helping to shape the vision for our future MI and reporting.
Working with your colleagues in the Analysis Team, you’ll be instrumental in the creation and delivery of digital reporting solutions to provide clear and actionable insights for leaders and other colleagues across the business.

About the role
As a Senior Data Analyst for Digital Transformation with Exemplar Health Care, you’ll play a key role in the evolution of management information and insight at a business that is rapidly growing in both size and digital maturity.
Accuracy and attention to detail are fundamental to ensuring that our users can place their trust in the content we create, but we also embrace innovation and creative solutions to deliver a range of ambitious BI tools and analysis that can evolve and enhance how those users interact with their data.
No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Taking a lead role on designated analysis and BI development projects, with support from Data Analysts and guidance from the Head of Analysis
2. Ensuring key work is delivered on time and to an appropriate standard
3. Working with colleagues at all levels within Exemplar Health Care to understand their needs and then demonstrate new tools designed to meet those needs
4. Supporting key business stakeholders in understanding and extracting actionable insights from their data
5. Deep-diving into data to explore specific questions and hypotheses, and producing a summary of key learnings.
