We are seeking a skilled Shift Engineer to join our team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional service and product standards in our hotels.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform a range of maintenance duties, including planned and unplanned works, to ensure the highest standards of service and product delivery.
* Respond to maintenance calls in a timely manner and ensure all works are completed to a high standard.
* Conduct general repairs, including electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, carpentry, plumbing, painting, decorating, tiling, etc.
* Follow Fire and Health & Safety Procedures at all times.
* Ensure engineering equipment is never left unattended in public areas and properly stored after work.
* Check plant rooms to ensure that all equipment functions well and the area is kept clean and hazard-free.
* Collaborate closely with the Maintenance Manager in planning works that may be delayed.
Essential Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician or Shift Engineer.
* Relevant technical certification or qualifications.
* Electrical qualification desirable.
* Knowledge of HVAC systems, power systems, and refrigeration.
* Good organisational and time management skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Good team player.
