This position offers full responsibility for files from initial instruction to case resolution, including contested matters proceeding to trial. You’ll play a crucial role in advising clients, gathering essential details, and progressing each claim with care, efficiency, and legal precision. The role is suited to a legal professional who enjoys working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Key Duties Independently manage your own portfolio of litigated and pre-litigated Credit Hire and RTA cases. Offer expert advice and ongoing support to clients throughout the lifecycle of each case. Secure and evaluate key documents and evidence to support your legal arguments. Use our bespoke case management software to track progress, prioritise tasks, and drive results. Achieve positive outcomes through strategic negotiation or representation at trial where necessary. Maintain compliance with legal protocols, deadlines, and professional standards. What You Bring At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role focused on Credit Hire and/or RTA litigation. Comprehensive understanding of relevant legal principles, including significant case law such as Hussain v EUI. Excellent analytical and negotiation skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong interpersonal communication and a client-focused mindset. Well-organised, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet key targets.
