Role Responsibilities
Working hours are 08:00 – 16:00 Monday – Friday.
* Reactive, planned and statutory maintenance and remedial tasks on a variety of buildings.
* General building maintenance experience.
* Competent in lone working and as part of a team.
* Comfortable working with vulnerable people.
* Carry out works in an efficient and safe manner.
* On call team member (on call payments extra).
Role Requirements
* Full UK driving licence is essential – vehicle and fuel card provided.
* Previous experience in a similar role – (essential).
* Ability to work to deadlines.
* Good organisational skills.
* Work well as part of a team and alone.
* A DBS check will be required.
* Experience and knowledge of related construction trades.
