Growth & Company are hiring a freelance Video Content Creator.


Growth & Company is part advisor, part recruiter and part community. We work with founders, investors and boards of leading startups to define their growth strategy, then hire and train the teams to deliver it. We have supported over 300 fintech, healthtech, femtech and direct-to-consumer startups on their strategy.


Growth & Company runs a very active community of 300 senior marketing people. We organise in-person events, webinars and training sessions to support the career development of our members.


Your Role in a Nutshell:

Growth & Company is sitting on a goldmine of content that we need a talented Content Creator to bring to life. We have:

* Behind the scenes access to the fastest growing startups in Europe
* Deep insight on how marketing is evolving
* A community of 300 senior growth people with amazing stories to tell
* In-person events and webinars on the key topics of interest, with the people shaping best practice
* Partnerships with leading VCs


Working with the wider team and the community, you’ll bring these stories to life.


What we’re looking for:

* Experience in creating and editing compelling short-form video - either for brands or for your own channels
* 1-2 years work experience in a content, community or marketing exec role in a start up or scale up business.
* Strong writing, content and social media skills and ideally experience in editing video.
* Entrepreneurial spirit - excited about joining a small, fast growing company and wearing multiple hats to drive growth.
* Proactive and passionate about learning and developing your marketing skills
* Strong communication skills
* Comfortable working with a diverse range of senior people from our community of growth marketers to clients in senior roles.

Logistics:

Freelance role that is based in London. Approx 5 days per month but that will rise over time. You will be required to attend regular events in London. You need to be based in London.
