Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a well known Financial Services provider based in Epsom, who are looking for an experienced individual to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders. This is a varied role within a team which is responsible for contract management for customers including brokers, dealers and third parties. Specific responsibilities will include: Working with teams to resolve queries relating to end of contract, settlements and account queries Processing financial agreements Speaking to customers about settlements Management and preparation of finance documents Assisting with general queries generated from third parties Monthly and ad hoc reporting To be considered for this role, you will need: Previous experience within an operational admin role, ideally within Financial Services Proficiency in MS Office with the ability to learn new systems Literate and numerate with strong communication skills at all levels Ability to work to deadlines in a pressurised environment Good time management skills Attention to detail The company offer excellent long term progression opportunities, along with a competitive salary and benefits package.
