Support Worker
Location: Stirling
Hourly Rate: £12.32
Shift Patterns: 12-hour shifts, covering 08:00-20:00 and 20:00-08:00, 7 days a week. (We welcome conversations on hours you are looking for)
About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team based in Stirling for a specific service user living in their own home who has a Mental Health disability. The successful Support Workers will support in household tasks, maintenance of tenancy, and provision of nutritious meals advice on healthy eating. No personal care is necessary for this role as this gentleman is able to do so independently.
About Them:
Our service user is a young man who likes to have a routine and must be observed at all times due to the risk of him absconding. Support Workers must follow care plans and risk assessments set in place. He is a very vulnerable adult motivated by the thrill of being rescued by the emergency services. He is able to communicate verbally and understand what people are saying. He requires consistent communication and support to maintain his health and well-being.
