Job summary We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Outpatient Appointments team as an Administration Officer. You will work closely with clinicians and other administrative colleagues to ensure all clinics are fully utilised and prepped. You will also responsible for managing patients RTT pathways. You will be responsible for answering any telephone queries both from staff and patients. Main duties of the job The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to manage a busy workload is essential. They will be able to demonstrate excellent administration skills. You will be able to demonstrate a good telephone manner, whilst being able to deal with challenging queries. The successful candidate must have a good knowledge of Microsoft office, and previous experience of Patient Admin Systems and RTT targets would be beneficial.
