* Credit Operation Call Handler
* PART-TIME, WEEKEND WORK, 16 hours per week
* Contract for 12 months

We are looking for Agents to support the Credit operations centre and handle the calls received into the Service Centre.
This role is working part-time, Saturday and Sunday, totaling 16 hours.
Full training will be provided for this position, and the training will be conducted during the first 2 weeks of starting, across Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
* Supporting/making credit decisions using various investigation methods and credit interpretation to determine approvals, in line with departmental/company policy and procedure.
* Speaking directly to customers, store staff, contact centre staff, and the business sales team to handle Decline Appeals, Referrals, and Business sales.
* Main KPIs would be to maximize the number of connections while using insight to reduce fraud.
Experience
* Banking or financial experience is desired but not essential as full training will be provided.
* Ability to work in a multi-skilled environment.
* Attention to detail is a must.
* Good problem-solving ability.
* Ability to manage individual and team targets.
* Work as part of a team.
