About the Role
Our Optimise – Smart Stats team is expanding and we’re looking for a Senior Associate to join our vast community of solvers. The Smart Stats team brings our purpose to life by helping our clients digitise and streamline their statutory financial reporting, so that they can focus their valuable resources on solving their problems and running their businesses. We help Australian businesses, global organisations, and not-for-profits create value and improve the quality of their statutory financial reporting.
You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:
1. Statutory financial statements preparation
2. Accounting and financial reporting
3. Project management skills to manage multiple client engagements
In our Smart Stats team, your impact will be seen by:
1. Efficient use of financial reporting software to prepare financial statements by utilising the best-in-class tools available.
2. Identifying inconsistencies within the financial statements and providing recommendations for resolution.
3. Building strong relationships with internal and external clients.
4. Mentoring junior team members by investing time in their development.
