Monday to Thursday: 6.00 am to 2.00 pm
Friday: 6.00 am to 11.00 am
Monday to Thursday: 2.00 pm to 10.00 pm
Friday: 11.00 am to 4.00 pm

What is the purpose of the Foundry Finisher?
As a Foundry Finisher, you will be accountable for preparing castings for the heat treatment process and the final blast of components before their release into stock. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure our products meet the highest standards.
Responsibilities of the Foundry Finisher:
* Precision Finishing: Expertly knock out molds to remove shells post the casting operation and perform water blasting of molds to remove shell material, enabling the band saw operations to commence smoothly.
* Skilled Cutting: Utilize a semi-automatic band saw to skillfully cut off castings and use a manual band saw to trim up casting gates, ensuring precise results.
* Quality Assurance: After band saw operations are completed, meticulously remove residual shell material and finish casting gates flush, providing a seamless finish.
* Rework Expertise: Responsible for the rework of castings, skillfully removing surplus shell and metal materials to meet exact specifications.
* Uniformed Matt Finish: Perform dry blasting of components to ensure a uniformed matt finish, adding the perfect touch to the final product.
* Team Collaboration: Follow strict health and safety guidelines, identifying and mitigating hazards to create a secure work environment while upholding good team ethics and cooperation.
