Multinational is a growth accelerator in GCS, and so we need an ambitious individual to join our ever-growing team Aviva operates a "smart-working" policy meaning that we spend approximately half of our time working in an office, and this role can be based in Worthing, Norwich, Birmingham or Manchester. A bit about the job: In this position, you will be collaborating with our Underwriting teams and Multinational Hub to deliver end-to-end policy management for Multinational risks across multiple lines of business. You will be delivering business-important metrics alongside our management team, such as: finance reporting, completeness of time critical tasks and overall performance of account. The successful individual will be acting on feedback from customers and sharing ideas with managers and peers, to be confident to challenge ways of working and having an innovative mindset to come up with solutions and not problems. This will also include performing operational activities in collaboration with Claims, Collections, Exposure Management, Risk and Governance, Risk Management Services and Group Tax within procedural guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction; supporting change through new ways of working and efficiencies, and ensuring these behaviours are replicated across the wider team. Skills and experience we're looking for: Previous experience in the Insurance industry is essential, specifically exposure to Multinational business would be advantageous. London Market experience/knowledge is desirable but not essential. Proven record of delivering excellent customer outcomes, partnered with good experience in building and encouraging positive stakeholder relationships. Taking personal responsibility for development in line with business strategy in addition to mentoring others in the wider team to do the same. CII Qualifications is preferable, but not essential.
