We are looking for a Product Catalogue Administrator to join our IT Team here at Harrods. You will be responsible for maintaining the technical elements of the product catalogue, on-boarding and maintenance. About The Role As the Product Catalogue Administrator you will work actively with our business teams, both business and technical, to ensure best in class data quality accuracy and service. This includes actioning and investigating any data or product related requests or issues and making sure that we are following best data practices in line with the correct business processes and enforcing this when necessary. You will also; Collaborate and liaise with various stakeholders to ensure successful, on-time launch of new products, brands, initiatives and maintain critical path by meeting all agreed deadlines Ensure reliability, procedural integrity, and efficiencies to drive a continuous service improvement culture across the IT department and landscape Own and understand your catalogue category, communicating downstream impacts of data quality issues; work to improve processes to improve data quality and minimise errors Support IT in any testing needed for new data and process changes Review, action and maintain data service requests from Freshservice into SAP from functional teams; ensuring SLAs and productivity targets are met and, requests are responded to in a timely manner About You The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail as well as being resilient and flexible, comfortable with complexity, ambiguity and performing to deadlines. It is important that you have intermediate skills when it comes to Excel.
