Ringway Infrastructure Services is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and manage the operational division within Gloucestershire, ensuring the successful delivery of services aligned with business objectives. This role is critical in achieving budgetary goals, fostering a culture of safety and quality, and enhancing client and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the operational business unit in line with budget and business plan.
* To work safely and promote a safe environment for all operations.
* Develop staff and operatives within their areas of responsibility to plan succession and enhance the effectiveness of the people resource.
* Monitor the satisfaction of clients and work through the EFQM model to feed this monitoring through the business planning cycle.
* Work with the Business Unit Manager to develop business plan targets for the future of the business unit.
* Actively foster a positive staff morale
Measures of Success
* Deliver financial performance in line with budget, including DSO and WIP targets.
* Financial reporting carried out within Ringway timetable, in collaboration with the Financial Controller.
* Safety performance measures in line with Safety Objectives and statutory reporting.
* IMS monitoring in line with the principles of ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards.
