Description
This is a strategic and hands-on role, requiring strong client management, problem-solving, and digital expertise. The consultant will work with both internal teams and clients to develop and implement omnichannel solutions, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable impact.
The Role
As a Digital Consultant, You Will:
* Take the lead on smaller projects and accounts, managing client relationships, defining strategies, and delivering recommendations.
* Work closely with Senior Consultants on larger, more complex projects, contributing to research, strategic thinking, and execution while supporting client engagement.
* Act as a champion for best-practice omnichannel engagement, helping both clients and internal teams apply advanced, data-driven and customer-centric approaches.
* Support new business growth, helping to identify and propose new projects, contributing to proposals, and assisting with external pitches as needed.
You Will Work Across Several Key Areas:
* Omnichannel strategy and implementation - working to deliver strategic consulting projects across the EU business (PR, med comms, advertising, in UK, France and Germany).
* Client leadership - Serving as the main point of contact for specific workstreams, managing day-to-day client communication, and leading workshops and discussions.
* Collaboration on larger accounts - Working with Senior Consultants on major omnichannel initiatives, supporting insight gathering, strategic planning, and execution.
* Customer experience and product innovation - Supporting the design and evolution of digital innovation initiatives, contributing to user-centred product development and experience design.
* Insights and analytics - Partnering with internal specialists to interpret customer data and market research, using insights to shape strategies and optimise performance.
Key Capabilities & Responsibilities:
* Lead smaller client projects and accounts while supporting senior team members on larger, high-profile initiatives, ensuring strategic delivery and strong client relationships.
* Facilitate client workshops and discussions, confidently presenting findings and recommendations.
* Act as the primary day-to-day contact for certain accounts, managing communications and expectations.
* Use insights and analytics to inform strategy, working with specialists to interpret data and optimize performance.
* Manage timelines, budgets, and project coordination, ensuring efficiency and clear stakeholder communication.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including creatives, strategists, and analysts, to bring omnichannel ideas to life.
Reporting & Key Relationships:
* Reports to the Head of Omnichannel Experience Design.
* Works closely with Senior Consultants and other omnichannel team members, including insight, innovation, customer experience design, and analytics specialists.
* Builds strong relationships with account teams across the EU Communications business.
Experience & Skills:
* Strong experience in digital or omnichannel strategy, ideally within an agency and/or healthcare environment.
* Experience leading smaller projects or workstreams, including managing client relationships and delivering strategic recommendations.
* Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to run client workshops and discussions.
* Digital-first mindset, with experience in omnichannel strategy, customer experience, or marketing technology.
* Experience in customer insight, research, or data-driven strategy.
* Strong attention to detail, organisation, and project management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering presentations, reports, and strategy documents.
