As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring quality processes are to the highest standard across the business by working alongside internal departments. Preferably come from a machining, castings, or fabrication background. Someone who understands or can appreciate the manufacturing process. Expert knowledge in the application of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001), problem resolution techniques and improvement tools essential. Strong auditing experience and someone who is very process driven. Someone with a hands on approach to improving quality. Be the focal point of all site quality issues from engineering, through supply chain and operations and aftermarkets. Manage key suppliers / SQE teams to ensure issues are effectively resolved in a timely manner and ongoing performance is improved.
