Projects and initiatives range from the introduction of new technology and functionality to streamlining current processes, executed using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. The Change Manager accepts responsibility for the delivery of change projects for the business working with the Head of Change and all key internal stakeholders and suppliers. Key responsibilities Scoping, shaping & confirming business requirements Producing User Stories & supporting documentation : Managing delivery within Waterfall and Agile frameworks : Completing & managing systems testing and undertaking user acceptance testing where required Produce plans, tracking deadlines, deliverables/timelines, leading meetings & provide updates Building and managing successful relationships with key stakeholders across the business Our ideal candidate Experience of management of projects and products using both Agile and Waterfall principles and methodologies Able to translate complex business information into actionable documentation Outstanding influencing and interpersonal skills Relationship building (internal & external) Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences MS skills (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) Business & client focus Team player Flexibility Comfortable working with ambiguity Sharing knowledge as openly and frequently as possible Eye for detail Punctual (Reports, query replies Takes ownership of issues Willingness and ability to travel (on an infrequent basis) to Basildon and Chilwell head quarters.
