About Our Client
Our client is a large organisation within the industrial and manufacturing sector. They are well-established in their field and have a broad reach across the UK, particularly in Nottingham.
Job Description
* Issue invoices to customers
* Issue monthly customer statements
* Update customer files with issued invoices
* Process credit memos
* Update the customer master file with contact changes
* Perform a monthly reconciliation of billed and unbilled revenue
* Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
* Assist in month-end closing
The Successful Applicant
A successful Billing Clerk should have:
* Proficiency in MS Office and relevant accounting software
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
* Strong communication skills
* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Excellent numeracy skills

* An annual salary of around £26,000
* Monday - Friday working hours, 37.5 per week (normal office hours)
