You'll be part of our brilliant Defaqto marketing team but embedded in Comparison Creator.
WHAT'S THE PURPOSE OF YOUR ROLE?
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with expertise in UX/UI optimisation and email marketing. In this role, you will work to enhance the user experience, optimise user interfaces, and drive email marketing campaigns that engage and convert for our partners.
You will be responsible for improving site performance and user interactions and creating targeted email campaigns that support revenue growth.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on UX/UI design and email marketing.
* Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms and UX/UI principles.
* Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and interpreting data to drive decisions.
* Familiarity with A/B testing and optimisation strategies for both websites and email marketing.
* Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) for content creation and team collaboration.
* Attention to detail and a keen eye for design to ensure high-quality user experiences and email marketing collateral.
* Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation principles and best practices.
WAYS OF WORKING
Your office base will be in Cwmbran onsite at Comparison Creator. The role is hybrid so you will need to be happy working from the office a couple of times each week.
