Are you an experienced and dynamic Site Services Administrator looking for your next position?
We are currently looking for a Site Services Administrator at our Tunstead plant in Buxton. As the successful Site Services Administrator, you will work closely with the management team and be a key support to the Site Services Manager, Department Managers and Supervisors. This is a multi-faceted role, supporting the centralised Site Services team with various administration duties required within the plant.
Main ResponsibilitiesAs the successful Site Services Administrator, you will report to the Site Services Manager supporting with general office management & administration, finance & accounting support, training requirements and safety, health & environmental.
On a day to day basis, duties and responsibilities of the Site Service Administrator will include (not exhaustive):
Overseeing the CATS administration for relevant areas
Collating department monthly budgets
Maintaining Certificate of Conformity’s for employees and long-term contractors
Recording and managing all aspects of safety information for delivery and compliance
Managing the SAP PM process for the department
Raising purchase orders for revenue and CapEx work and materials
Overseeing the administration of the Site Services Contractor Database
Resolving Web-Cycle queries
Management of sickness recording data base for Site ServicesThe Ideal CandidateThe ideal Site Services Administrator will have proven experience in general administration and supporting management within a similar role. Knowledge of engineering administration and heavy industry process would be desirable.
The ideal Site Services Administrator will also possess the following:
Excellent IT skills (MS Office and other relevant site systems)
An understanding of basic finance/accounting processes
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Results driven, with ability to handle several complex issues simultaneously
Accurate and precise with strong attention to detail
Accuracy in data input, with a strong attention to detail and results driven
Willingness to adopt a “hands-on” approach, at times of heavy workload or shortage of personnelThe role is based at our Tunstead cement plant in Buxton, Derbyshire. The site is easily accessible from Macclesfield, Sheffield, Matlock, Chesterfield, Rotherham, Huddersfield, Oldham, Stockport, Warrington and the surrounding areas.
