Your duties will include:
* Being responsible for stock and money on the bars.
* Effectively control stock movement and all money received.
* Recruiting, training, developing and managing all bar staff.
* Ensuring all staff work within the confines of the Licensing Law.
The successful candidate will have previous similar experience as a Bar Manager. The ideal candidate will be organised, punctual and efficient. You will also have excellent communication skills with both colleagues and with customers.
