JOB DESCRIPTION About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Workspace Co-ordinator to join our team based in our Oldham, on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is a full-time role working within the office, covering the core operational hours of 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday. As a Workspace Co-ordinator, you will report to the Regional Workspace Manager and be responsible for delivering high-quality front-of-house services. You will support the efficient and effective delivery of Workspace services for Guinness, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, colleagues, and building users. Demonstrating the Guinness behaviours, you will present a welcoming impression to all visitors. Building strong working relationships with internal and external customers and communicating effectively both verbally and in writing are essential to ensure the timely and effective supply of Workspace Management services, including deliveries and office supplies. Your responsibilities will also include a variety of tasks such as reception duties, testing fire alarms, and other building services to ensure compliance with standards and measures. You will not only be an experienced Workspace Co-ordinator, but you will also have great customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done. You will also be able to demonstrate: Experience working front-of-house on reception. Experience in a customer-focused environment, responding to and resolving queries. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT literacy. Confidence and a personable manner. Essential Qualifications: Qualified to a GCSE Level 5 or equivalent in English & Maths.
