About Our Client
Our client is a bespoke manufacturer who sells their products directly to consumers across multiple channels and outlets. This role will join the senior marketing team and will focus on driving service levels, along with driving internal sales performance.
Job Description
1. Lead, motivate and inspire a customer service & internal sales team to deliver against company-wide objectives.
2. Create a customer-centric culture across the department.
3. Contribute to the commercial performance of the business through internal and reactive sales.
4. Ensure the team has all the knowledge and tools available to be successful in their role.
5. Work cross-functionally with sales, planning, production, and logistics to create a consistent approach for customers.
6. Create and implement a service and sales plan for the department to support business objectives.

1. Experience within a commercial customer service environment.
2. Ability to drive performance.
3. Ability to build strong working relationships.
4. Strong attention to detail.
What's on Offer
1. £40,000 salary plus bonus.
2. Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week.
