We are currently looking to recruit a Deputy Head of Facilities on a permanent basis. The Deputy Head of Facilities will be responsible for managing and performance monitoring of Soft Facilities Management (via SLA's with neighbouring Trusts, PFI partners and private contractors) to ensure high quality services are being provided. The Deputy Head of Facilities oversees a wide range of audits including waste, compliance and hygiene etc. across a range of sites to include inpatient, community and corporate environments. Main duties of the job The post holder will be responsible for providing assurance that national and local standards are in place and maintained as well as ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. The post holder will take the lead with overseeing and organising planned auditing including, PLACE, Catering, Environmental, IPC, Health & Safety and CQC. Actively pursuing commercial opportunities for services, the Deputy Head of Facilities will ensure that these are provided within budget.
