We are looking for sales candidates to join a fun & vibrant company with a unique sales model and ongoing training, support & progression opportunities!
This is not your typical sales role! In this role you will be sourcing and negotiating 'experiences’ (as opposed to selling a 'product’), with the aim being to expand the companies portfolio in various locations and at various price points.
This includes:
1. Sourcing new, sometimes category-specific suppliers to be sold through retail and online channels according to given brief.
2. Conducting research on potential new suppliers.
3. Meeting set KPI’s and targets through outbound calls and ensuring margin requirements are achieved.
4. Apply knowledge and understanding of the business model to ensure you are presenting an interesting and informative pitch.
5. Ensure that all contracts for suppliers are correct and completed to deadline.
6. Ensure new products / experiences are contracted at competitive rates to maximise profitability.
7. Negotiate to director level through telephone and email correspondence.
8. Ensure all admin is chased up and completed.
9. Manage, log and respond to business enquiries.
10. Work closely with relevant departments to ensure a smooth and efficient journey for new suppliers.
