As a property maintenance co-ordinator, you will be expected to do and have:
Job Responsibilities
* Corresponding confidently with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
* Entering data on the system and assisting the maintenance team.
* Follow tasks from beginning to end.
* Utilising Microsoft Excel, Outlook and our own systems.
* Overseeing property maintenance, ensuring all work is carried out efficiently and to the highest standard.
Required Skills
* Outstanding communication skills and an excellent phone mannerism.
* Knowledge of basic maintenance work.
* Good problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Highly organised and able to work positively within a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work well within a team with respect, honesty, and integrity.
* High level of English required.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
Previous experience in a property management role required, similar experience considered. Training will be provided.
