Join our client's dynamic team as a Business Support Coordinator! If you're an exceptional problem-solver with excellent communication skills, this position is perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
1. Support the busy facilities team in handling a wide range of issues, including broken lifts and other maintenance challenges.
2. Escalate issues within the buildings to ensure a prompt resolution.
3. Assist in quoting building work and maintaining accurate records.
4. Arranging Contractors and Coordinating jobs.
Work Schedule and Location:
5. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. 8 : 30 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
Skills and Qualifications:
6. Proven experience in facilities administration or a similar role.
7. Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
10. Proficiency in quoting building work and escalation management.
