Role: Property Manager Location: Gloucester Salary: £25,000 – £28,500 dependent on experience Job Type: Full time and On-site Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5.30 pm Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to join their award-winning property management team. The ideal candidate will be well-organised, approachable, and able to manage tenant relations and property maintenance efficiently. A driving licence and own car are essential. This is a great opportunity for career development within a supportive, dynamic environment. Responsibilities: General administrative tasks and supporting the property management team. Drafting new tenancy agreements in line with company standards. Managing updates or changes to tenancy terms. Processing tenant applications and handling new tenant administration. Handling tenant maintenance inquiries via phone. Communicating with landlords regarding required maintenance and actions taken. Scheduling and completing management visits. Sending management visit reports to landlords. Conducting property viewings as necessary in relation to maintenance queries. Managing the key list, ensuring keys are returned from contractors/tenants/landlords. Overseeing day-to-day property management, including utilities and addressing issues raised by tenants/landlords. Key Skills: Proven experience in property management. Well-presented, approachable, and friendly. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals. Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently. A full driving license and own car are essential.
