Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to work with the IT Asset Management team assisting with stock control, stock reporting, and provision of replenishment services ensuring stock levels are maintained. The role is responsible for responding to requests for equipment according to agreed service standards. Supporting and assisting operational teams with site visits for inventory audit to validate the status of assets and coordinating receipt and dispatch of assets. Contributes to the effective and consistent provision of SCW IT services by providing IT Asset administration, across all IT operational services, to agreed standards and service.

Main Duties of the Job
* Delivery of the IT Asset Management Service covering all customers.
* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Ensure all activities carried out by the team follow NHS standards, regulatory, and local policies for security and control of data bearing assets.
* Ensure support for continuity of service, deployment and availability of equipment for clinical and business administration systems as agreed with customers.

* 1 plus years' experience of stock control and management processes in a large organisation (500 users plus).

* Problem solving skills and ability to prioritise and respond to sudden unexpected demands.

* Must be able to travel (frequent basis) to locations within SCW's support remit.
