Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide full-spectrum support to our Global CEO based in London. This is a pivotal role that requires exceptional communication skills, strong judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide executive-level administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
2. Serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders across time zones.
3. Prepare briefing materials, agendas, reports, and follow-up documentation for meetings and presentations.
4. Support strategic projects, events, and visits, including liaising with local and international teams.
5. Coordinate internal communications and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
6. Handle expense reporting, document preparation, and other day-to-day administrative tasks.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; business, communications, or a related field preferred.
2. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
3. Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
5. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with tact and discretion.
6. Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities with a proactive mindset.
