An IT SaaS Vendor Management Lead is sought for a permanent role, working 2 days a week in England, South Coast. Key responsibilities include delivering business outcomes through strategic vendor relationships, ensuring value and customer outcomes.
• Responsible for managing and optimizing vendor contracts to achieve business goals.
• Develop and maintain key vendor relationships to drive value and customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective vendor management and delivery of business objectives.
• Analyze and report on vendor performance to inform business decisions.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve vendor relationships and value delivery.
The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS vendor management, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze and report on vendor performance. Paying up to £50,000.
