Minster is a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, on the hunt for a Branch Manager who's passionate about great leadership to head up our site in Dundee.
Hours – 7am – 5pm Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and support the team to deliver success and promote opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with the wider network to support customer requirements and business activities.
* Adjust the nature of services delivered according to developments in customer needs and expectations.
* Build effective relationships with suppliers.
* Get to know the local market to support plans for sales growth.
* Ensure accurate stock levels are maintained, carrying out regular stock counts.
* Lead your team to prioritize Health & Safety and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work.

Required Skills and Experience
* Branch Management experience gained in Building Material Supplies or a Merchant.
* We always want to recruit great people that understand our values and ways of working.
* You must have evidence of experience in motivating and driving sales for this role.
* You will already have strong communication and commercial awareness to empower the team to provide great customer service.
