To oversee the storage, stock control, and quality of all beverages at Stok Cae Ras, make sure cellar areas are clean, safe and tidy at all times and to ensure the highest standard of draught products at all times.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Cellar and Inventory Management
o Maintain stock levels and manage inventory, ensuring all beverages are correctly stored and rotated.
o Monitor and manage deliveries, ensuring quality and quantity match order specifications.
o Ensure all kegs, bottles, and other beverages are stored and handled correctly.
o Keep detailed records of stock movements and supplier deliveries.
* Quality Control and Maintenance
o Maintain and clean beer lines, taps, and gas systems according to health and safety regulations.
o Report and manage any maintenance or equipment issues affecting beverage quality.
* Compliance and Health & Safety
o Ensure all operations comply with licensing laws and health & safety regulations.
o Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cellar, storage areas, and bar back areas.
* Collaboration and Staff Training
o Work closely with the bar and restaurant teams to ensure seamless beverage service.
o Provide training to bar staff on correct beverage handling, storage, and pouring techniques.
o Assist in developing beverage menus and promotions in collaboration with the Head of Food & Beverage.
* Any other duties as requested.
