About The Role:
Days of Working: Monday to Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work dependent on business needs.
Shift Pattern: 07:00am to 17:00pm
We are looking for a skilled electrical engineer covering the Manchester, Liverpool, Preston and Wrexham areas, based out of our clients two Salford sites.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To undertake PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met.
2. To complete service sheets and update site compliance logbooks accordingly.
3. To provide a callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota.
4. To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met.
5. To evaluate performance and ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out.
6. To work in a safe manner at all times, complying with current Health & Safety legislation and OCS H&S policy.
Key Hiring Criteria:
1. Qualified Electrician to City & Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition.
2. Previous experience working within Facilities Management would be ideal.
3. Full clean driving licence.
4. Able to carry out basic IT tasks on handheld devices.
