Focussing on model risk, you'll play a key role leading section of audits covering the end-to-end model lifecycle, including conceptual soundness, documentation, implementation, the level of compliance with regulatory requirements, and the independent validation. You'll need a proactive approach in taking responsibility for additional activities related to the management of the Internal Audit department, including on-going business monitoring and the follow-up of previous audit recommendations. These are the essential requirements you need to be successful in this role: Proven track record of working on audits, projects or processes relating to Model Risk Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex information effectively It would also be nice for you to have. Professional audit related qualification (CMIIA/ACA/ACCA) or work equivalent Previous assurance/ monitoring/audit skills, including assessment of risk and controls Ability to manage and influence stakeholders What else you need to know: This Permanent role is based in Unity Place - Milton Keynes. To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 12 days per month (pro-rata for part-time roles).
