Shift Pattern:
Monday-Friday, 8 Hour Shifts.
3-Shift System (Early, Back & Night).
The Job Youll Do;
Attend and resolve equipment breakdowns in a timely manner.
Follow and improve preventative maintenance plans with the aim of reducing unplanned down time.
Ensure the annual PPM schedule is adhered to and completed as required.
Ensure that planned maintenance follow up work is recorded and carried out in a timely manner.
Support root cause investigations for repetitive breakdowns and to implement permanent solutions.
Be involved in the identification and implementation of continuous improvement activities.
Assist with relevant project work where engineering involvement is required.
Ensure line efficiency is improved through timely repair, maintenance and improvement of equipment.
Ensure quality is improved and spoilage is reduced through timely repair, maintenance and improvement of equipment.
About You;
Recognised electrical engineering qualification, four-year electrical apprenticeship, with a minimum of City & Guilds part 2 / NVQ level three qualifications.
City & Guilds 18th Edition.
Proven experience working in a manufacturing maintenance environment.
Have the skills to maintain and fault find on electrical and automated systems.
Strong methodical approach to problem solving.
Experience with PLCs.
