The Role – Finance Business Partner
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Finance team as a Finance Business Partner. The successful candidate will provide efficient financial reporting, modelling, and analysis to senior internal and external stakeholders to support the decision-making process and the long-term goals of the business, including those connected with the Amateur Championship and Sustainable Agronomy Services business areas.
Through effective business partnering and by building long-term trust-based relationships, provide guidance and support to management, budget stakeholders, and departments to help embed financial processes into the business, improve process integration within the business, and ensure workflows function effectively.
This is a full-time, permanent position working 35 hours per week.
We currently operate under a hybrid working policy of 3 days per week in the office in St Andrews and 2 days working from home.

Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and attributes:
* CA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified accountant.
* Extensive experience working with finance systems.
* Experience of compiling financial information (budgets and forecasts).
* Experience of business partnering and building networks within an organisation.
* Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint.
About The R&A
