Hours of Work: Les Mills Body Attack 1.5 hours per week (Monday 18.35 - 19.35)
Rate of Pay: £28.29 per session (£18.86 per hour)
We are currently looking for an experienced, energetic and enthusiastic Fitness Class Instructor (Les Mills Body Attack) to join our dedicated fitness team at Your Space Pontefract. Offering the latest class disciplines to a diverse range of customers, and providing excellent levels of guest services. You will also promote the services and facilities. Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role and hold a nationally recognised qualification in health & fitness. Most importantly, you are passionate about health & fitness, keen to advance your skills and career, and ready to make a real contribution in our rapidly expanding company.

DETAILS OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 To ensure that all necessary qualifications for the post are maintained and renewed.
Fitness industry qualifications are pre-requisite to the post.
2 To pursue ones own personal development in ensuring training needs
are updated in line with the latest fitness industry trends.
3 To supervise all activities and operate all class based equipment in a
manner consistent with safe working practice.
4 Participate in designated staff training sessions as deemed appropriate
by the Fitness Centre Management Team.
5 Provide each customer with exceptional service beyond their expectations.

6 To maintain a working knowledge of all fitness related matters, so as to provide
professional advice on relevant subjects.
7 To ensure all customers, who are new to fitness, are informed of the class structures,
levels and intensities.
8 Take full responsibility for the set up and de-rig of all equipment to include secure
storage after each programmed session.
9 To undertake basic maintenance of class related equipment and bring to the attention
of the Facility Manager / AOM / Fitness Supervisors any faults of major repairs.
And any other duties commensurate with the grade and falling within the scope of the post, as requested by Management.
