We pride ourselves on being approachable, supportive, and welcoming and ensure that everyone’s hard work is About The Role: We are looking for an Ecommerce Assistant who will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the MEEM website. From preparing products for launch to assisting with digital merchandising and reporting, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining a high-performing, visually cohesive, and customer-focused online store. Responsibilities Ensure all products are accurately enriched and set up pre-launch, including imagery, size guides, copy, and attributes. Manage upsell and cross-sell recommendations for new and existing products. Organise and tag product imagery for tracking; support reshoots and monitor performance impact. Maintain site accuracy through regular checks and updates. Manage visual merchandising for selected categories and custom pages. Oversee product label tags and conduct on-site QA. Update website content, including imagery, copy, and trading documents. Assist in maintaining key content areas such as the blog and homepage carousels. Generate and format ecommerce reports; track key performance metrics. Support the team during product launches and key trading moments. Skills: Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Previous ecommerce or digital merchandising experience (preferred). Proficient in Excel, with data entry and formatting experience. Passion for fashion, retail, and the MEEM brand.
