The successful candidate will be able to prove a high level of achievement, motivation and enthusiasm in their current role, with extensive experience in a children's intensive care unit. They will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the unique challenges of a PICU whilst remaining professional, resilient, optimistic and resourceful. The role will work seamlessly alongside the PICU Senior Nursing Team and the Great North Children's Hospital Matrons and Deputy Matrons and will be supported by the Clinical Board Team.
