We are seeking an Assistant Contract Manager to help lead a major contract in Bromley. In this key role, you will assist the Contract Manager with overseeing daily operations, ensuring contract performance, meeting objectives, managing client relationships, maintaining health & safety compliance, and driving financial success. Requirements Previous experience as part of a supervisory or management team in the grounds maintenance, landscaping or construction industry. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. A comprehensive understanding of all aspects of Grounds Maintenance contracts. Adept at navigating complex situations and conveying information clearly, ensuring effective teamwork and client satisfaction. A full, clean driving license.
