Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare vehicles for the painting process, including masking and priming.
* Mix and match paint colors to ensure a seamless finish.
* Spray paint vehicles to the highest standard to restore them to their pre-accident condition.
* Ensure attention to detail and maintain quality control throughout the job.
* Adhere to health and safety guidelines in the workplace.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a vehicle paint sprayer in the automotive repair or accident repair industry.
* Strong knowledge of different paint types and application techniques.
* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
