4. Service Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products/services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
5. Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, maintaining a professional and positive demeanour to foster trust.
6. Pipeline Management: Track leads and progress in CRM or other tools, maintaining accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
