About the location:
Set in the heart of the City, overlooking Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, Tower Bridge is the starting point for discovering London’s historic past, alongside its exhilarating present. This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments, a stunning ballroom, meeting rooms, a destination spa, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering.
Key Activities:
Generate Travel Industry Revenue
* Manage designated markets, striving to achieve all key financial metrics and management business objectives.
* Travel to cities within market to see clients and attend corporate events and tradeshows.
* Ensure Quarterly Action Plan is in place to support business objectives of the Hotel.
* Develop and maintain strong business relationships with Travel Industry and Real estate agencies.
* Identify and execute educational opportunities for Travel Industry advisors.
* Research new market opportunities and develop strategies.
* Lead communications with the global WSO network.
* Work with the Director of Sales and Director of Revenue to ensure relevant promotions are developed.
Conduct webinars, sales presentations, Fam trips and site inspections, and solicit new business
* Create meaningful connections with customers and hotel sales managers.
* Conduct site experiences at our hotels.
* Participate in FS Corporate sales events and tradeshows.
Administrative Responsibilities
* Manage account profiles and activities.
* Log and maintain up-to-date records.
* Submit expense reports and handle all incoming correspondence.
* Ensure compliance with the hotel's employee handbook.
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Golden Sales & Catering system.
* Knowledge and professional use of social media for business development.
