Join us. Job Purpose: This role has the specific responsibility to finalise the implementation of Aston Martin ERP upgrade representing the whole of the Quality Department. This implementation will then be managed as part of a continuously evolving and improving network of systems where it will be necessary to network effectively both internally and companywide to agree prioritisation, impact and successful updates. The careful management of critical data during this implementation is key and effective organisation and communication between area representatives to develop testing, run trials, take feedback and implement solutions. As part of the management of data, the strategy of how we collect, organise, report and use data to provide clear measurement and direction. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Champion the successful implementation and ongoing management of Quality ERP systems Business process ownership, Solution Development, User Acceptance Testing, Stakeholder alignment, Role Ownership, Training and Materials Co-ordinate and develop a set of reports that are maintained and issued regularly including agreed KPI’s for the business Work alongside Quality Leadership to define and drive the Aston Martin Quality Strategy Project manage Quality improvement projects to deliver the Quality Strategy Manage the Quality Committee agenda, slide pack, KPIs (scorecards) and resulting action tracking Own business problem solving process governance Provide admin provision to Quality department for pool cars, travel and divisional PO management ensuring they are co-ordinated in a timely, cost efficient manner Qualification & Experience: Knowledge of Aston Martin Business Systems Ability to think strategically to develop and implement strategies Experience in managing a team to support departmental targets Co-ordinating a team without direct reporting lines Experience in managing projects or programmes to demonstrate capability to deliver against constraints such as time, budget, resource, etc. Ability to manage individuals through 1:1 reviews and appraisal process Proven experience in defining and delivering new procedures and processes Knowledge of benchmarking tools and techniques Knowledge of Quality tools and techniques Experienced in Problem solving tools and methodologies Knowledge of the product creation process Knowledge of Quality Business Systems High degree of numeracy and literacy Experience of creating reports/dashboards Technical experience of vehicle systems and processes Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI BEng Hons in Engineering or Scientific discipline Behaviours: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with and lead teams of various sizes from all areas of the business to deliver the objectives of the department. A confident presenter with excellent communication skills. Be able to build relationships across all areas of the business.
