What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:
* First point of contact for incoming calls, emails and in-person visits
* Ensure properties are displayed accurately across a range of portals/platforms
* Manage viewing arrangements liaising with clients and potential buyers
* Maintain compliant, accurate and detailed property files
* Provide support to the wider sales team with any general administrative tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications of the Sales Administrator:
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
* Proficient user of IT and CRMs
