The Yorkshire Cricket Board has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Girls Community Cricket Officer to promote and develop the Women & Girls game, at all levels with a focus on the transition into club cricket.

Reporting to the Head of Women & Girls, you will be focused on planning, organising, delivering and monitoring high quality coaching programs in clubs, schools and communities across East Yorkshire, to increase opportunities and to engage and retain the participation of females in cricket.
About You
We are looking for people who meet the below criteria:
1. Previous experience of delivering high quality, safe and enjoyable cricket or similar sport in schools, clubs and community settings
2. Previous experience or demonstrable understanding of coaching underrepresented groups
3. High levels of energy and enthusiasm, with the desire to make positive change
4. Good programme management skills and ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
5. ECB Level 2 / Core Coach qualification or equivalent
6. Ability and willing to work unsocial hours, including evenings and weekends
