Shift Pattern:Average of 41 hours per week working 5 over 7 (some Saturday working on a rostered basis). Salary review on successful completion of training course. No Sundays!

We’re looking for Trainee White Goods Engineers to join our White Goods Repair Team at Currys. This team boasts an industry-leading NPS and a world-class 1st visit fix rate!
As a Trainee White Goods Engineer, you’ll bring basic electrical knowledge and receive comprehensive training to become a White Goods Engineer within 2-4 months. Every day will be an adventure!
Building rapport with customers is as important as skill and efficiency. You’ll learn to diagnose faults, install, and repair appliances, ensuring a positive customer experience.

* Testing, diagnosing, and repairing white goods in customers’ homes
* Applying technical knowledge across various white goods appliances
* Driving a company van and managing your day efficiently
* Enhancing our reputation as a home services expert
You will need:
* Experience in repair or installation, including work with electric or electro-mechanical products (e.g., field services engineering, trainee plumbing or electrical services, domestic electrical installation)
* Basic electrical competence in theory and practice
* Ability to handle heavy White Goods (washing machines, dishwashers, etc.)
* A full valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
