Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As an Administrator, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our valued customers, partners, and external parties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Efficiently process administrative tasks in compliance with company standards and procedures.
* Deliver prompt and efficient responses to customer enquiries, whether by inbound or outbound calls, emails, or post.
* Take ownership and responsibility for resolving customer concerns.
* Organize and plan your work effectively to achieve team and personal objectives.
* Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers at all times.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in customer service or administration, with a strong emphasis on delivering excellent customer service.
* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, with a focus on English and Maths (grade C or above).
* Experience using Microsoft Office applications (i.e Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Good organizational and planning abilities.
* Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
