The Customer Service Advisor provides a vital role for The Scent Reserve in ensuring the delivery of top quality service for our customers. The Customer Service Advisor will provide day-to-day support to our clients through telephone, email, and online help desk format, and will also undertake various administrative duties to support our customer’s needs and requests. This role will be Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week but, during our busier periods, occasional weekend and evening will be expected and required for this role, and overtime will be available.
Responsibilities:

* Additional administrative duties to support our client’s needs and requests as required.
Personal Qualities, Experience, and Skills:
* A passion for excellent customer service is essential.
* Oral and written communication skills of the highest standard. Excellent telephone and people skills with a friendly and outgoing nature.
* Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative with fantastic time and priority management. Understands the importance of deadlines.
* Excellent numeracy and IT skills.
* Outstanding attention to detail.
* We are offering one full-time, permanent position in our Brigg-based warehouse.
